Last month we had a WONDERFUL visit from my mom. We never left the house the entire time she was here, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Lots of book-reading (thanks to the library card made possible by my mom).
Brooke warmed up to Grandma as long as I was close by. Thanks for making the trip, Mom!
I can hardly talk about the snow we've had here in Missouri with the crazy amount my family got in Virginia, but we got enough to make a snowman -- it was Brody's first snowman and he insisted on a real carrot for the nose. He's checked on it every day since to make sure he's still there.
My mom gave Brooke an early birthday present and she loves it. I think she's doing a little jig in this picture -- dancing to the music.
My blue-eyed girl -- can't believe she'll be 1 in three weeks.

Also, it's funny you should mention that old post about a mop. I was thinking about that just yesterday! The truth is, I still haven't bought one. And I am really getting tired of the hands and knees thing. (Plus I don't mop as often as I should.) Anyway, I will let you know if I find a good one!
